PicoScope 9000 database file save

Post by SKFA »

Hi,
I'm going to save the data on my display in infinite persistence mode, but when I click on "Disk.." button in Save/Recall menu, there is no field to choose the File Type and I can not choose database file. What's wrong? :?:
Tnx

I am running Win10 with latest updates and the current software release for the 9200 (2.6.0) which you can obtain from our downloads page on this website. You will find the download under the discontinued products tab.
All seems to be working well with a selection of File Types available in the dropdown box.
Please try the current release to see if this resolves the problem.

]Please see screenshot.
I have the Display Menu on the right and have selected Infin Persistence
On the left I have the Save / Recall and have selected Ch1 as Source and then clicked on Save which has brought up the Save Waveform As box where you can save in the displayed formats as shown.

Thank you so much,
But as I see in Demo right now, it saves the last waveform, not the database .cgs file (explained in datasheet).
Anyway, I saved my data from acquisition menu>>Run until>>Acquisition
and setting # of acquisition and checking save all wfms.
It would be better if I could save the data in "one" file as a matrix. Of course, I made it using MATLAB by further processes.
Best Regards.

Thanks for the update.
I will make our 9000 Series Product Manager aware of your comments and if we have any changes to the software will post an update for you.
