Hi and thank you for you post.

The 3000 uses bulk mode, is there any particular reason you wish to know this as the driver deals with all of this?

Kind regards

Bulk mode

Hey Ziko,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
I am seeking info on how you guys transmit(protocol) the info from scope to pc. I have had conversations with the support team( live call) and was told they would respond via an e-mail...never happened.(about 3 -4 weeks ago)
I believe you have answered my question(bulk mode being an industry standard protocol for usb transfer) Please correct me if I am wrong.
Kind regards,
Dave

Hi,

Sorry to hear that you had no response before, yes it is using the industry standard bulk mode.

Kind regards
