PicoScope 3406D not recognised by software

Hi,

When I plug the Picoscope it is recognised by windows as its name appears in the device manager. But right after I lunch the picoscope 6 software, its name disappear from the device manager and the software tells me that no device was found. Has anyone already had this kind of issue ?

Hi Tiffas,

Could you recreate the problem, close PicoScope 6, and then email a trace.xml file to us at support@picotech.com (the trace.xml canbe found in <your local drive, e.g. C:>\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Pico Technology\64XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX and the last trace file will be the one without any numerical suffix).
