Picoscope 4423 goes into not responding.

Post by kirtikantsahu14389 » Wed Dec 20, 2017 5:51 am

I am using a Picoscope 4423 with labview. Other devices like USB to RS485 and another USB Device is connected to my laptop. For some reason i dont understand what, picoscope keep going into not responding and back to working. It keeps switching between the two. I feel there is a communication issue but unable to pinpoint it out. I also used Picoscope Automotive 6 application and i am facing the same issue. Can you help me figure out the problem.

Hi Kirtikant,

Are you using a blue USB cable?

When the connection goes, does the PicoScope continue to appear in the Windows Device Manager?
