New 3405D reading voltage low?

Post by Zuccj »

We just got a new 3405D, and when hooked it up to do initial testing with it the voltage is reading lower than it should be. Instead of being around 5v it is at .5v, so I'm thinking the range on it is somehow off. I've tried using it in both picoscope 6 and labview and in both cases it gives .5v instead of 5v. I tested it against a 2203 that we have to ensure the signal was 5v, and attached the results showing that the 2203 is reading 5v, while the 3405 is reading .5v even though they are connected at the same point. Any idea why it may be reading low?
