PicoScope drivers for arm64 Linux

Postby igoriokas » Mon Oct 23, 2017 7:14 am

Hello,
In our project we have been able to successfully use 5000 series scope driven by Raspberry Pi 2 board.
However, the acquisition speed wasn't great at all.
To speed things up we have purchased NanoPi K2 board (Cortex A53 64bit), however this one has only arm64 Linux image available.

Could you, please, check the possibility of having arm64 targeted drivers distribution.
I guess that would be of great help for many projects.

Many thanks in advance.

Hi Igor,

I have raised a request for our Development Team to consider.

Could you please e-mail support@picotech.com in order to discuss this further please?

It would be helpful to know the following information:

  • The specific PicoScope model you are using
  • How many units are in use
  • Which mode of data collection you are using and any specific information about the performance issues

Regards,
Hitesh
