PROBLEM INSTALLING SOFTWARE

Dear Sirs,


The RS Components Catalogue includes many of your products and RS Amidata S.A. distributes them in Spain.

We have a customer who has a problem installing the drivers of "Picoscope 3224". During the installation it appears the message "PICO3000.DLL not found". This customer tried with the downloaded latest version software.

Can you tell me if there are any known problems about this or an avaliable solution?

During which installation does this error appear? The hardware or software installation? Has the device installed correctly in the device manager? Does it appear without errors?
