Saving 2 channel spectrum plots as a text file

When saving a two channel spectrum plot as a text file, only one of the channels is saved. How do I get both channels to save? It only seems to work when the plots are saved as .psd. However I want to import the data into a speadsheet.

The data for the second channel is probably underneath the data from the first channel - scroll down and check this.
