TA019 current clamp

Post by henri.air » Mon Jul 31, 2017 7:54 am

I am here because I am trying to use a TA019 current clamp with my PC Oscilloscope pico 2405A. Instructions given for the clamp explain how to connect it to a multimeter, but not how to use it with pico 6.
I have connected my clamp to pico2405A, then I have created a personalized probe in pico 6 because I could not find TA019 nor in Integrated probes nor on internet (I have been looking for a .psprobe file), but I can't get its measures displayed on any views (I am mainly working on oscilloscope view).

Would anyone have an idea about how to make it work ?

Thanks for reading me,

this one should work, otherwise your battery could be empty (or no batterij in probe)

Because this is a 600A probe you should test with some high currents (or loop you wire multiple times through the hook of the probe)
