Hi,
it seems than the resolution of my 4262 is only 14 bit.
As example in 20V range the least difference seem 2.5mV.
This is only 14 bit.
In the C console from the SDK the ADC values from block mode are also multiple of 4. This looks like 14 bit.
Only if you take stream mode it seems you got the whole 16 bit.
Sincerly

I have tried with a unit here and get around 610uV per step on the 20V range, which is correct.
Can you post the details from Help->About , and also the psdata file for this capture, we can then check some details.

There is an error in the driver version you are using. If you download and install the current release of the software PicoScope 6.12.7 you should see the full 16 bits.

Hello Martyn,
thanks, with the new
PicoScope® 6 - PC Oscilloscope software version: 6.12.7.2687
I got the 16 bit.
Nice that the programm works with VISTA 64.
But with the SDK I have still only 14 bit.
Exists there new driver for the SDK?
Copy the new dll-files over the old files from the SDK does not work.
Best regards

If you email in to support@picotech.com and ask for the 64bit versions of ps4000.dll and picoipp.dll that match the current PicoScope build, we can get those sent out to you.
