Picoscope crashes when selecting copy as text

Post by Anders Westergaard »

Software: R 5.13.4
HW: 3206

When selecting copy as text on attached file PicoScope crashes with the following message: " PSW32.exe has encountered a problæem and needs to close. We are sorry ......"

Work around is to increase zoom level to minimum x10 or to save to txt-file instead, but it is quit annoying not to be able to use the clipboard

Hi, same problem here

I tried versions 5.16.2 and 5.20.1, I am on w2k sp4 and all fixes to date

First try was to load the psd data files into pico scope and then save them as text: crash, all versions
2nd try pathtp\psw32.exe -t *.psd : crash, all versions
3rd try, load psd into picoscope pasteas text: crash

This *used* to work with 5.16.2, besides i tried wih my adc216 connectd and disconnected

I am out of options here. how can I get the data in text format?
I attach a psd files for you tho check.

greets chris

Dear Seuchato,

Sorry to see you have encountered these difficulties. I have been able to save your files as .txt using 5.20.9 with an ADC 216 Running.

Please proceed to the following link and follow the instuctions accordingly.

In addition to this please find attached txt files.

Kindest regards,
