Conductivity measurements

Post by bosilta »

Hello everyone,
I'm a brand new user of oscilloscope PicoScope 2000 series (50MHz) as well as its corresponding software PicoScope 6. I'm observing flow patterns in stirred aerated bioreactor vessels as a function of agitation and aeration and I would like to distinguish between flooded and dispersed state through constant online measurement of conductivity. I'm attaching few pics of how my measurement looks like. As I have never used this program before, I'm unable to view the absolute values of my measurement. Furthermore, is it possible to set a line that would serve as a reference compared to my measurement and could be subtracted from it? Is is better to use resolution enhancement and lowpass filtering option in my case?

Any suggestions or hints on how to establish and capture the measurement in PicoScope 6 are more than welcome!

Thank you very much for your time and answers, I appreciate it a lot!

Regards,

Tadej
