My computer can't connect with PicoScope 3403D

Postby rongc1102 » Wed Oct 05, 2016 11:46 am

I have a PicoScope 3403D PC Oscilloscope, when I tried to connect with my prtable computer, it always popped up a dialog box which said PS 3000 not connected. My operation system is Win 10. I had installed PicoScope 6 and SDK for 64-bit in my computer. In addition, the oscilloscope was connected with my computer through the supplied blue USB cable.

Hi rongc1102,

Please check the steps outlined in section 1 of the PicoScope FAQ.

A trace.xml file corresponding to the session where the device was not recognised would also be helpful.
