drivers not found

Post by Bobsos »

I've installed PicoLog + 64 bit SDK (in case it installed the hw drivers), windows 7, Intel i5, laptop

In "Converter details" the responses are
Driver 'UsbAdc11.dll' not found
Driver 'adc1132.dll' not found
Driver 'usbtc08.dll' not found
Driver 'tc0832.dll' not found

Any suggestions?

You should not need the SDK.

Which device do you have ?
Is your Windows 7 64bit ?

Hi Martin, its Windows 7 64bit.

At present I'm clearing out OS(C) also installing the latest Windows 7 updates, to May 2016, then I'll re-install PicoLog, and try again.

The ADC11 will not work on a 64bit PC, there are no suitable drivers, so the dll will not get installed. The serial TC08 should be OK.

Was there a previous installation of PicoLog on this PC, or are you using an old PicoLog settings files ?

When installing are you selecting the install for all devices tick box ?

After the PicoLog installation check in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Pico Technology\Pico Full

for the dll's

Reading the Manual carefully solved problems. Updating Windows 7 had corrupted a file so that had to be sorted as well.

Thanks for your help!!
