problem with serial decoding CAN-BUS

health. can anyone advise me? He ceased to operate CAN serial decode. Maybe LIN works ok. still he says it is waiting for data. Thank you for your positive response.

Can you post the text from Help->About , it will give us the software, firmware and hardware versions. Then we can advise what to look at.

It should be OK with those versions. If you have a psdata file then please post it, we can then run through some tests.
