Meaning of stopfrequency in shot mode

Postby jasmin287 » Mon Sep 05, 2016 10:57 am

Hi everyone,

When I setup my AWG to fire shots, I have found that if I change the stop frequency setup, it also changes the duration of the pulse.

Can someone please explain to me how this works? I'm currently using the same value for stop and start, but I was wondering what this does, since I haven't defined a sweep among frequencies.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Jasmine,

Could you please post the code that you used where the start and stop frequency parameters were different for a set of shots of the waveform?

If you have a screenshot of the effect seen that would be helpful.
