SE000 Type K Thermocouple

I am interested in monitoring the internal temperature of meat cooked in an oven, and I was wondering if the SE000/SE001 Type K Thermocouples are or can be coated in Teflon?

I am not sure of the specific properties of these thermocouples.

They are insulated by either PTFE or fibreglass. If you are looking for specific coatings, please try one of these providers of temperature devices.
