Hallo,
I have a Pico 5443B. It works fine with PicoScope6, but not with LabView 2012. I copied the dlls in the resouce dirctory, no pico.exe is running and the windows7, Labview2012 and dlls are 32 bit.
What else could be the reason for the error 5003?

Hi mistele,
Are you using the examples from the C:\PicoSDK\PS5000A\Labview folder?
If you are using the examples from the C:\PicoSDK\PS5000\Labview folder then these will not detect the oscilloscope as they use a different driver (hence the status code of 5003).

thank you for your answer, I used the pico5000 code. Now I installed the latest SDK on a different Computer, but still the same problem. What else could be wrong?

Please make sure you use the ps5000a code, not the ps5000, they are for different devices.
