ADC value and Timebase

Post by walterlee » Fri Jul 15, 2016 9:37 am

Hi there,

I am using PICO2206A. I am collecting of DATA using PicoScope2000aGetBlock.vi and return as ADC value. I would like to have voltage value and how to do it?

In addition, I would like time base to be 400 ms, what is value to apply?

Many Thanks.
Walter.

You will need to scale the value using the current voltage range used by SetChannel and the Maximum ADC count which can be retrieved using

Code: Select all

ps2000aMaximumValue
PICO_STATUS ps2000aMaximumValue (
short handle
short * value
)
This function returns the maximum ADC count returned by calls to get values.
To work out the timebase you need to use the forumula

Code: Select all

(timebase - 2) / 62,500,000 = sample interval
