Comparison og PT-100 probes

Postby Nicolas » Tue Apr 25, 2006 3:01 pm

Is it possible to have a data sheet comparing the performances of the PT-100 probes.
How do the low cost probe compare to the general puprose probe and the air probe fast response to measure air temperature? What is the accuracy of each of thes eprobes?

Thanks in advance,

Hi Nicolas,

I'm sorry I haven't got back to you sooner. These are the specs I have managed to find out,

SE011 uses tolerance class B sensor manufactured to BS EN 60751 : 1996. The figures for class B are +/- 0.12 ohms ( 0.3 C) at 0 C.

SE012 uses same sensor but classified as 1/10 DIN which means it has closer tolerance ie : +/- 0.01 ohms ( 0.03) at 0 C.

Hope this helps,
