Problem connecting picoscope 3206 to pc

I have been using this model of picoscope for a while and it seems to have been working fine. However today the connection disappeared and I cannot get the pc to recognise the scope anymore. When I connect it via USB the LED light remains at red and doesn't change and neither pc or picoscope 6 software recognise the scope. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be? Thanks

Actually, the email address you sent has rejected our response to you. Could you check your spam folder or ask your IT guys to do that. Do you have an alternative email address that we can use?
