Pico Software r5-13-7 installation error

I have downloaded the installation file: PicoFull_r5_13_7.exe
But during the installation procedure it comes up with an error 1606, Could not access network location http://www.picotech.com/software/ishiel ... COSY~1.cab

How do I get it installed?

Hello,

You will need to remain connected to the internet when installing the latest Pico software. The error you have reported may be due to accessing the web via a proxy server or negotiating a firewall.

Please check your security settings.

Error 1606

We have exactly the same message Jorsal. We are going through a proxy server. Yet we can browse internet fine. When we click on the link to the .cab file, it downloads. So why does installation need to access the internet. Whats the resolution?

Have also e-mail support.
