Using SDK Wrapper dll files on Windows Operating Systems

Post by Hitesh » Mon Feb 15, 2016 5:19 pm

Hi,

The wrapper dynamic link library (dll) files require the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable to be installed on the PC. This should be installed automatically as part of our SDK installation process.

If you experience any issues with loading the wrapper dlls in your application, verify that you have the correct version (32- or 64-bit) or try running the installer manually.

The 32-bit installer can be downloaded here.

The 64-bit installer can be downloaded here.

For further information on using the wrapper API functions for streaming data collection, please refer to this post.

Update: As of PicoSDK 10.6.12.41, the installer installs the appropriate Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable.

If you are using the previous PicoSDK 10.6.10 installers for Windows XP and Vista, this will install the Microsoft appropriate Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable.
