Can't install latest PicoLog

I've downloaded the latest version of Picolog (PicoFull_r5_13_7.exe) for use with my serial TC-08, but when I run the installer it tries to start then fails with the error message 'Windows Installer: This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package'.

I'm running Windows XP SP1 and am logged on as administrator.

i appear to be having this problem too - on both windows 98 & XP machines.

without wanting to point the finger, it would appear to be a problem with the installer rather than the individual machines.

just to add that my errors were appearing from the USB adc-11/12 installer for R5 13 7

Exactly same problem than Tom has. Any fix coming up...?

Hello,

We have had a few comments like this since changing over to the new installer package.

Firstly, try downloading only the relevant software package. Then you will need to stay connected to the web during installation.

If you are still having problems, please email support@picotech.com

We will send you disk if you are still having problems.
