I'm working on Linux based designs so naturally I develop on that platform as well.
When I needed to use the scope I groaned, because I knew I'd have to wait 10 or 15 mins for the laptop with W7 to start up.
While I was waiting I thought I'd try googling 'Linux Picoscope'.....and what a pleasant surprise!
I'm running it on Mint Cinamon and just cut and pasted the install instructions into a terminal.
I had to sudo picoscope or it would not see the device.
I also get this message in the terminal:
(PicoScope.GTK:12607): GLib-CRITICAL **: Source ID 24626 was not found when attempting to remove it
But hey, the software is working fine!
