vertical rulers not displaying T1, T2, and deltaT

Post by kschutz »

Dear PicoScope,

I'm using Picoscope6 (6.10.18.1052) on Windows 7, 64 bit on my PIcoScope 5203, VDR68/40. My horizontal rulers work great to measure V1, V2, and deltaV. But my vertical rulers behave oddly. I can move them around they no time readouts are displayed. In fact at the bottom of the vertical ruler there is an edit box where always displays the same numbers no matter where I move the rulers. By default it shows 0 on one and 360 on the other...which makes it look like phase numbers but they don't change as I move the vertical cursor. I can enter a new number in these edit boxes but that doesn't help me make cursor/ruler measurements.

I did look in the doc on ruler measurements but it only described horizontal rulers. I have attached an image of what I see in Picoscope.

Thank you.

Just to clarify

The rulers from the right hand side (the green circle) are phase rulers, the time rulers use the white square at the bottom left. You need one time ruler present for the phase rulers to work.
