Bought 5244B because claimed Mac compatible?

Mono can't be found?

Installed and reinstalled. Followed many threads and many directions. Installed many versions. Rewrote code (address?), as directed. Nothing works.

Not sure why I need to jump through all these hoops? Advertise Mac-compatible, please make it Mac-compatible? Mac users not accustomed to, nor appreciating all the Tom-foolery. Macs work. This isn't.

And please stop referencing and re-referencing thread after thread of things that don't work. Simply post a fix and be done with it.

Can you contact the support team directly on support@picotech.com so that we can work through the particular issues you are encountering.
Our Mac software is a beta version, and is being updated using feedback from users, with the aim of a stable release.
