Distributor Support

Hi , I am new to this forum, and would like some advice. My question is, Is there any particular distributor that offers better customer only support ,or is all support from this site?

If you are speaking of support for PicoScope Automotive, Autonerdz provides the most comprehensive support and training package. Pico direct support is great but users far and wide have come to us to purchase our support package. There are reasons for that.

Hi Terry,

Some distributors like Tom from Autonerdz know the product very well and will be able to give you excellent support, obviously this will cost you extra. Most distributors however will give you limited support or will simply ask you to get in touch with us directly.

When it comes to support for the product itself no one knows it better than we do, as we make them! We provide free support by phone, email and on this forum.

Hi Ric,

The Autonerdz support package doesn't cost anything when an automotive kit is purchased from us. However, there is a yearly subscription fee for those who have purchased elsewhere. Many users in different parts of the world have purchased the subscription.

This package isn't meant to replace the fine factory support you get direct from Pico. When we can't resolve an issue, our customers end up with you anyway, as you know. :wink: I can't say enough about the competency and speed of resolution of the support staff at Pico.

Our support is designed as a supplement to the Pico support focused on the automotive user. Like Pico, we are very dedicated to our customers and want to be sure they are happy with the product and learn to use it well in the field. As a long time Journeyman auto technician and scope jockey myself, I provide a unique service for our customers.

We have provided automotive lab scope technique and strategy training for many years that can be used with any scope. It just so happens that Pico makes the most powerful automotive scopes on the planet. This doesn't mean that you can't use other scopes effectively in automotive diagnostics, you can. It just means that PicoScope can do things no other scope can do. Things we have only dreamed of in the past.
