Rsistor Size Question 2

I have a reed relay switch that is rated @:

5volts
250kohms
18ma

I will be switching the relay with 5.85 to 6.75 volts.

How do I or what is the equation to figure out the size of resistor that I need?

what does the watting mean on a resistor?
