can't communicate to board via UART debug

hello i have facing some issue in UART for debug it can not communicate to serial port can anyone tell me what is issue?

We will need some more details.

What PicoScope model do you have ?
Which version of the software are you running ?

Can you take a picture of your setup so we can see what you are doing.
