PicoScope 5204 channel A not working
Hello everyone,
I am new to the picoscope world. Just received this unit today through RS Components Italy. It appears I have no reading at all on channel A. Channel B is working fine. It may be a setup issue but I have checked all settings appear to be the same. I am testing a square wave with the function generator to calibrate the probes. Channel B working great. I dont see any reading at all for A. Not even noise. Just nothing.
Any ideas?

Hello Jonathan,
I would eliminate the scope probes if you have not done already. And contact RS Components Italy, to return scope if you still have the problem.
