I was using Picoscope 188.8.131.52 beta for Mac successfully with Yosemite (Mac OS 10.10.5), but it no longer starts in El Capitan (MacOS 10.11). The message is "Mono installation not found." I tried Mono 184.108.40.206 (which says it has an El Capitan hotfix) and a preview edition 4.2.0, but neither starts. I can start the gui from the command line with
but in 4.2.0 it doesn't find my device; in 220.127.116.11, it seems to mostly work, although it may feel a little sluggish.
I guess there is some issue with mono being in the PATH, and it is certainly in the PATH when run from a shell:
[~]$ mono --version
