4423 stopped working

Post by rickadoe » Thu Oct 01, 2015 3:08 am

Hello All! looking for help/advice. We here at the college have (2) 4423 scopes. We use them for our automotive students. One just stopped working. We plug it into usb and a spike notification pops up. Anyone ever experience this? if its FUBAR, we would be looking for a 2 Ch. replacement. Suggestions, thoughts, ideas...Thanks :D

It sounds as if the scope may be damaged. Please contact support@picotech.com , giving details of the problem, and they will talk you through the steps to hopefully get it working again.

thanks. Sorry about putting question here, I didn't know there was a separate location for pico automotive.
If you can move to appropriate thread that would be awesome sauce!

You will need to register on the other forum, they are independent of each other so we can't copy posts across.

When you have a login on the auto forum you will also be able to use the same credentials to access the searchable online automotive waveform database from within the software. This is being populated with known good, and bad, waveforms from tests carried out by users all over the world.
