Is there any API library documentation available?

Postby jeremy » Thu Aug 13, 2015 12:54 pm

I'm currently looking at the API documentation for the PS3000a, which as far as I can tell is just PS3000Acon.c.

The Programmer's Guide listed on the website refers to functions that don't exist in the library on Linux. Is there any actual documentation on the functions available in the library? Or is it intended for me to use readelf and try to understand the ps3000aApi.h file?

Hi Jeremy,

The API functions in the header file should all be documented in the Programmer's Guide (there are recent changes which are under review) and should be available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X drivers.

Which functions are you unable to access and what is the version number of the libps3000a.so library? Have you updated the driver package?
