Capturing data in Block Mode

Postby fabian » Wed Jul 15, 2015 9:12 am

Hello,

I've got a Picoscope 6404D, capturing data in Block Mode.
Due to the memory of the cope (that is 2GS), I should be able to capture exactly this amout of data or at least 1 GS.
While reading out the buffer with LabVIEW in Block Mode the maximum value of Samples I can catch is something around 25MS. Does someone have any experience in filling the whole buffer and transmitting the data to LabVIEW?
I'm really not sure, if this is a issue with Picoscope or LabVIEW.

Thanks.

Hi Fabian,

What settings (channel, trigger, timebase and pre- & post-trigger samples) are you using for your data capture?

Are you just capturing a single block of data?

Regards,
Hitesh
