Sope screen goes blank, and "check USB" message appears

I am running a brand new HP4545 computer, and this happens every time now. I think that the computer terminates the
USB port link. If I switch USB ports, while running, it will recover till it gets lots of large waveforms, then it trips off again.
The computer doesn't give me any error message, except the PicoScope message. Scope is powered by wall adapter.

Hi Newtonez,

Which PicoScope product and which version of the PicoScope 6 software are you using?

Did the same issue occur on a previous PC?

Are you using USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 ports, and are you able to try a powered USB hub with the device?

If possible, please provide the trace.xml file corresponding to the last session where the problem occurred (refer to section 3 of the PicoScope 6 Self-Help Guide).
