how to correct dc offset of AWG in pico 5204

Postby hans-hbn » Mon Jun 22, 2015 7:55 am

Hello,
my pico 5204 shows an dc offset at the generator output of about + 4 mV. (measured with the pico 5204 but also with an digital multimeter)
Is there a way so I can adjust this myself in this unit?

Regards,
Hans Boon

Hello Hans,

You can apply a DC offset to the signal via the PicoScope 6 signal generator dialog or if you are writing your own application using the API functions, you can apply the offset there.

Alternatively, if you wish to send back your device for inspection, please e-mail support@picotech.com and we will look to assist you further.
