Enviromon flexibility

Postby Rodders » Thu Jul 14, 2005 11:59 am

Hi. I want to use some thermocouples to measure smoke temperature as they are more robust in an acrid enviornment than normal temperature sensors. I have an Enviromon system installed. Are there any thermocouples that will work with the Enviromon datalogger.....presumably via a A/D converter with extra wizardary.

Thank you for your post.

Yes, if you use the EL041 converter in the Enviromon system then you can measure up to 4 thermocouples. It will accept any type of thermcouple and uses standard mini-TC connectors.

Hope this helps

Best Regards
