AWG Trigger for 2205A not available?

Postby cyhe » Mon May 11, 2015 7:31 pm

My AWG settings dialog has no trigger checkbox.
The 2205A should support the AWG-trigger as descibed at products/overview web page. How can I get the trigger?
I use picoScope 2205A Hardware Version 17, driver

Hi cyhe,

The API functions provided by the driver for the PicoScope 2205A (and 2204A) do not provide the ability to trigger the signal generator.

The only current devices from the PicoScope 2200 Series that have the functionality to trigger the signal generator output are as follows:

  • PicoScope 2205 MSO
  • PicoScope 2206, 2207 and 2208 (including 'A' models)

Apologies for any confusion this may have caused - I will request that the webpage is updated to make this clear.

If you wish to change the model in light of the above, please contact your distributor/reseller and if you purchased it direct from us, please e-mail support@picotech.com and we will look to assist you further.
