Problem of stop the Picoscope in Labview

Post by njustzr »

Hi all,
I use the ps3425, Now I want to use the labview 2011 for control it. However, I use the example of the SDK, it didn't work well, it's mean when I press the buton of stop in the front panel of labview, It's always cause no react of picoscope, I should take off the USB.

I don't know where is the problem, in labview? picoscope? Anyone have solution please help me, Thanks a lot.

Best regards.

Hitesh

Hi njustzr,

What settings are you using?

Are you clicking the Stop button in the Front Panel or the Abort Execution button in the LabVIEW toolbar?

This could be a known issue - if you are using it on a USB 3.0 port please try using a USB 2.0 port on the PC.

Hi,

I use the buton stop in the front panel.

I think it's the problem of USB 3.0, I have solved the problem.

Thanks a lot!

Best regards.

Hi Hitesh,

Previously, I have learned about the issue from njustzr. it works well on USB2.0 port while it only have the issue on USB3.0 port. So it could be the problem of USB3.0. what i would like to know is that the issue is caused by the USB3.0 driver on the PC or the Pico3000 driver?

Hi Eva,

It's an issue with the ps3000 driver.
