ADC-212 AC COUPLING

Need help getting AC coupling to work.

Set Chan A to 20:1 probe and cannot get AC coupling. Latest software
installed (R5_12_7).

Is this the relay problem others have had? Have gotten AC coupling in
the past; but not recently.

Thank you for your post.

It seems that your unit has lost it's calibration information. It needs to be returned to us so that we can reprogram it. In order to do this you need a returns number. Please contact us at tech@picotech.com with full details as to this problem and also your full contact details and we will be able to issue you with a returns number.
