UNABLE TO CONNECT THE PICOSCOPE TO THE PC

HI ALL
we just bought a new picoscope 4424.
i install the picospe 6 software program on my laptop i follow all the instruction untill i finish the installation.
when i connect the picoscop and open the application i have this message " NO SUITABLE DEVICE FOUND
YOU CAN EITHER PLUG A DEVICE IN NOW OR USE A DEMO DEVICE "
on my computer i have also this icon " usb device not recognized"

Hi Ardaghsey,

Is the device recognised if you try plugging it into a different USB port?

Does the device work on another PC?

Have you tried installing the latest PicoScope 6 software from:

https://www.picotech.com/downloads
