4424 fuses blown

Post by graham.sharp »

Hi guys,

Unfortunately it appears as if I have popped 2 of the re settable fuses on the BNC inputs of my picoscope 4424. It looks like these can easily be replaced. Does anybody know the right value of these for this model as I'd like to fix it ASAP!

Thanks,

Graham

Hello Graham,

If the fuses are blown, we normally replace these free of charge, this includes a factory re test to ensure the unit is fully functioning, and in specification.
Please email into support@picotech.com with your contact details and the unit's serial number, and will issue a returns number.

(You will find the s/n in PicoScope with the unit connected - 'help' menu - About PicoScope 6.
Or on the bottom side of the unit, the number under the bar code ie XXXX/XXX)
