ADC 100 VB6 Frequency and peak to peak measuring

I have an ADC 100 and I am trying to automate as much as possible using Visual Basic 6.0. I have been looking at the sample code that was sent with the software, but I cannot figure out how to measure the frequency or Peak to Peak voltage of the signal. Is there an easy way to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are no specific functions in our software that you can call to work this out. Therefore you will need to do this calculation in the software yourself.
