How to count time between two voltage droops

Post by bittware »

Hello,
I try to use PicoScope3000 API to implement time counting between consequent voltage droop events.
Because the normal and dropped voltage levels are distinct, I may just use digital capturing and triggering features.
The rising/falling edge is about 10ns.
The longest duration between two events is less than 10us.
Could anyone be kind to shed some lights on which API I should check to simplify the time counting process?
Thanks in advance!

Hitesh

Hi bittware,

You might need to use a pulse width qualifier in order to achieve this.

Using PicoScope 6, which of the advanced trigger options provides the desired trigger functionality as this will help determine the API functions and parameters to use.

A PicoScope data file showing these events would be helpful.
