Could you please confirm which version of PicoScope 6 you are using (click Help -> About PicoScope 6...).
Also, start PicoScope 6 with the PicoScope 6404D connected, then close it down after waiting for 1 minute when it does not find the device.
Next, locate the trace.xml file:
In the Mac Terminal Window type
- Code: Select all
cd .local/share/Pico\ Technology/
There should be a folder called 260a68f1-c314-451b-830f-0a5e01d65514/
