PicoScope 6403 - time base inaccuracy

Post by tsimic »

PicoScope 6403 time base seems to be off by 1%.
The measured period for a stable 1 kHz square wave signal is 990 us, and for a 100 kHz signal the measured period is 9,9 us.
The accuracy of the source is verified by other scopes from various manufacturers.

Any suggestions on what to do with this scope?

Hitesh

I am using v6.9.18.1, but even with much older versions it was the same.

I did send an inquiry to support@picotech.com few months ago, but haven't got any reply.
