Displaying of voltages over 20V with 6404D

When we measure voltages over 20V, the oscilloscope does not display the values over 20V in the software.
How can we do that? Is it possible to measure voltages over 20V?

The scope can only measure up to 20V so you will need an attenuator, or x10 probe, and then scale the reading by using the x10 Probe setting available in the Channel Options menu
