Would it be possible for you to send the folder containing the most recent default.PSSETTINGS and trace.xml files to email@example.com
This can be found in a folder in the following location on your PC:
C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Pico Technology\
There will be one or more folders with a long alphanumeric name. Please zip up the the directory and send it to the above address.
I will then try to see if I can reproduce the issue here.
Are you using PicoScope 6.8.11?
