Continuous signal with PicoScope 4424

Postby starama » Fri Mar 07, 2014 7:54 am

Hi everybody,

I want to use the PicoScope 4424 with Matlab in order to record two signals continuously. I would like to know if it is possible and how i can do that.

I have already try some scripts from this forum but i obtained many errors.

I have already install the Microsoft >Windows SDK 7.1 and my setup is a Windows 7 64bits.

Thanks a lot in advance

Hi starama,

It is possible to collect data continuously from the PicoScope 4424.

The sequence of steps to do this is slightly different from the Programmer's Guide as MATLAB does not support C-style callback functions and you will need an updated driver and wrapper dll to ensure data is copied correctly.

Please could you e-mail support@picotech.com and we can provide you with updated drivers and the steps to correctly retrieve the data.
